I rented the facility approx 2 years ago. I was pleased with the container unit. If I had any concerns they were addressed quickly. ... I rented the facility approx 2 years ago. I was pleased with the container unit. If I had any concerns they were addressed quickly. The only caution I had was the excess black dust from the recycling company next door. Easily avoided if your items are covered properly !

We hired them to move and store our items for a year, as well as bring our unit for our final move, and the whole process was seamless. They responded to any questions we had within a day as well as worked flexibly to make sure drop offs worked for our schedule. All of this happened with the company having to travel a few hours each way in order to accommodate our move. I'd like to give a special shout out to Martin, who dropped off our unit both times as well as assisted with unloading our items for our final move. He was extremely friendly, professional, and hard working. All of our items showed up exactly as we had left them. Anyone looking to hire this company can have peace of mind knowing their possessions are in great hands!!!

After relocating to Calgary from Ontario, I found it hard to find storage facilities for indoor motorcycle storage, I stumbled upon Lock and go and couldn’t have been happier. Not only is the facility clean and the storage area immaculate to store my bike in, everything from the phone conversations I have had trying to see what was the best option for me, to the information that was given to me over the phone, to the special promotions that they had offered. The two ladies at their on site office, really made the procedure super easy. I can’t say enough about the professionalism and knowledge the two ladies expressed with my concerns, not being from the province. Definitely a five star location and would use this location anytime.
